PLUS Tier I (€750): 2-3 standard rooms
PLUS Tier II (€950): 1 complex room + 1-2 standard rooms
 
You save €60-140 compared to booking rooms separately, plus benefit from integrated design thinking across connected spaces.
 
Tier I — Standard Rooms
Simpler spaces such as:
Bedroom
Home office
Hallway
Living room (layout help only)
 
Tier II — Complex or Detailed Rooms
Rooms that require more technical planning or elevations, such as:
Kitchen
Bathroom
Laundry room
Living room with custom shelving, fireplace planning, or built-ins
Tier II includes elevations in addition to the 2D plans.
