Plan PLUS is suitable when you need help with a larger multi-use space or 2-3 rooms. The package includes up to 1 Tier II room.
 
Tier I — Standard Rooms
Simpler spaces such as:
Bedroom
Home office
Hallway
Living room (layout help only)
 
Tier II — Complex or Detailed Rooms
Rooms that require more technical planning or elevations, such as:
Kitchen
Bathroom
Laundry room
Living room with custom shelving, fireplace planning, or built-ins
Tier II includes elevations in addition to the 2D plans.
 
If you need help just a single room, please see the GO package.
If on the other hand, you want help with more than 3 spaces or perhaps your entire home please see the MAX or Full Design packages. 
 
What happens after you purchase Plan PLUS
You receive and submit the Client Form - This gives me your measurements, photos, inspiration, and any fixed requirements.
I perform a layout and flow analysis, and if your spaces belong together, I will consider the connection between them.
I review proportions, circulation, and problem areas before sketching possible solutions.
You receive the initial proposal
        - 1 main layout proposal
        - 1 alternative variation (if applicable)
Revision phase (You can request one revision which is included in the package)
Final delivery (PDF)
You receive the full set of drawings via e-mail:
      - Existing plan with notes
      - Clean 2D drawing
      - 2D drawing with notes and explanations
      - 2D drawing with measurements
      - Elevations (Tier II only — e.g., kitchen, bathroom, custom shelving)
 
ADDITIONAL INFO
 
There are several Add-ons you can book to help you further. For example, 3D models, elevations will further details, 3D renderings and photographic style visualisations, lighting drawings and furniture proposals with links. I work in the metric system by default, but I can deliver in imperial — just let me know in advance.
